“It was very fun, very muddy and slippery! The water was clear! Our tour guide was Blu, she was great, very helpful, patient and engaging!! Although BEWARE, THE AGENCY DOES NOT REPLY. Due to bad weather the agency gave us the option to reschedule or cancel, we chose to reschedule but they did not confirm anything. When we reached the meeting point WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY INFORMATION about who was our tour guide or if they had arrived. By chance we saw Blu and asked whether she was a tour guide. Luckily she was, and contacted the agency for the information so we were able to go but otherwise,…”

He was so knowledgeable about the location, history, and wildlife—and it was so beautiful to see and hear his love for the river and the land. The tour was breathtaking and was so much more than I could have anticipated. It was challenging at times and could feel a bit scary with the jumps but Roy was so patient, kind, and understanding—everyone in the group felt so safe, comfortable, and cared for the entire time. Guides such as Seth, Nick, Eric, Rah, and Caleb are praised for safety help, clear instructions, and taking photos. Expect slippery rocks, a moderate hike, Puerto Rican finger food, and a small group of up to 14.

“Definitely worth it to have someone walk you through the waterslides and what to expect. Our tour guide, Rah, was amazing. He was super knowledgeable, made sure everyone in the group was good, and got us some amazing photos. The socks are mandatory! It’s a short walk to the water but you’ll want to have socks, we wore them over our water shoes and were able to navigate the algae covered rock pretty easily. We also did the first tour of the morning and were pretty much the only ones there so I’d definitely recommend the earlier start if you’re worried about crowds.”

Hike through tropical forest, explore limestone caves, and float a shallow river through canyons. Gear, lunch, drinks, photos, and safety instruction are included, but confirm transportation details before booking.

“We had an excellent guide (Callie), and she was very patient with kids and adults alike! The scenery was gorgeous, and I love adventure, so this fit the bill! I would caution the hike down and up were treacherous and not for those who are cardio-challenged. My only disappointment was that the river was very shallow right now, so there were a lot of rocks to contend with while rafting, and less than clear water for visibility. If I went again, I’d go when the river was deeper. Really unique experience, and PR is so wild and beautiful!”

“Exciting and moderately challenging! I have fear of the water so the jump off the cliff(about 7-10 feet) was scary but I'm glad I did it. Invigorating experience. The photos taken by our tour guide Derek were awesome. The sights at the limestone beach were the best we saw of the 3 we visited on our vacation! Highly recommend!!”
